Interesting list. I think mine are pretty much fine with everything, though some of which they have not been exposed to, but have seen variations (i.e. fine around the horses, but have never seen a cow or pig).

Cindy is scared to death of thunderstorms and fireworks. Cedar is pretty good with everything except other dogs. Oh and he almost went thru the kitchen picture window when a lady in a burka walked down the street at almost full dark. Hallie has decided that she is afraid of the patio umbrella....only if it moves tho. LOL She also barks like a fool if we go past a bike, scooter or motorcycle while driving along. I think she thinks that if you're going that fast, you should be in a car. Sometime shaking out a plastic garbage bag makes her run for the hills. The one thing that made her lose her mind when she was a pup was the sound of an electric drill really grinding a screw in.

I've tried to introduce them to as many different things as I could over the years. That's an interesting list.

My dogs could care less about anything. Living in our house has problem got them used to that as you just never know what's going to happen next. Ruby is probably the most "scared" of things. She hates puppies and is nervous around doors. Thunderstorms don't even register with them. Liberty let me use the shop vac on her the other day which was kind of neat.

Since Joe doesn't see well, the wind blowing the trees can set him off, lol. The first time he saw a horse (on the trail and it was 2 sheriffs, so they stopped and talked a while), the look on his face was priceless. He didn't bark, just had this real quizzical look. He does not like things out of place or moved, but that's because he doesn't see. Java is so mellow, nothing much bothers her except if you have a broom in your hand, she must have been hit with one.

Naomi is like Harley and Zeke is like Ayva. I have often described Zeke as 'bashful'. I'm not quite sure how to do it. I think I need to get busy working on more training.

What is number 11? Otherwise, mine are cool with most. My neighbor used to bring her horse past the kennel to desensitize it to the dogs and therefore got my kids used to horses! Willow was raised with them. They have had me run the vacuum around them since they were pups. Other dogs they do bark at because they want to play and only if they come into our yard. I use the dremmel on them all except for Vou and Night...they are nice enough to keep them trimmed down for me;)
